Visiting the oldest brewery in the World & Press Conference
Although it was a long history, Brewery has a very modern production line. Mr. Frank Peifei, the brew master of Weihenstephan, showed me around Brewery and briefed me a bit of brewing process.
As there were some time left before the press conference, Nicole and Antonia took me to another church in Freising. The church looked simple from outside, but when you entered you felt a big difference. It was quite luxury and magnificent. I thought if a couple can have their wedding ceremony here, it would be a unique memory forever.
Lunch time, Antonia brought me a local newspaper. Wow~I was in the paper! It seems that Renaissance Yangtze’s Shanghai Oktoberfest was well-know here and received a wider publicity. The Press Conference was very successful. GM and I introduced the history of Shanghai Oktoberfest, this year’s special points, and so on. When people asked me if I like Bavaria, and if I would come to Germany again, I said “Absolutely.” Though only a few days spent here, I already loved this kind of life style.
We went to the Beer Garden after dinner and enjoyed a very good time. I would like to bring back the happy memories to Shanghai.

Last day - Farewell
Time flies!Ttoday was my last day of this one-week trip. In the morning when I went back to Brewery for a farewell to everyone, I felt so sad and was reluctant to leave this place even the bench in Beer Garden when Nicole, Antonia and I spent a wonderful time there.
I was really appreciated Weihenstephan Corporation to offer me such a memorable and wonderful chance to experience a lot. I am looking forward to meet you and all the beer fans in Shanghai Oktoberfest. Goodbye, Bavaria!
